I get hungry, but I'm by no means "starving" like I used to be. I can actually wait to eat and balance my eating without feeling like I'm going to throw up if I don't . Also, this is helping my weight related skin conditions :) It's TMI, but I have HS, and it creates these blisters, boils, welts all over areas that sweat forms, and it's like my body is getting rid of the condition that causes that, I haven't been inflamed or in pain, or stinking up a storm with puss filled blisters

Okay so I have been using this Sub for 3 weeks every single day for one hour, and all I can say is I have great results.
