Are subliminals safe?

Yes. Subliminal audio is safe for healthy adults, and you stay awake and in control the whole time.

Here is what is actually in the file. Music or nature sounds on top, spoken affirmations underneath, mixed quietly enough that you never consciously pick them out. That is the whole track.

Nothing in it can make you act against your own judgement. You can stop it at any second, and the moment it stops, it stops working on you.

Every line is written in the positive

We write affirmations as things you already are and already do. No warnings, no threats, no lines about what you want to avoid. If a sentence would sound wrong said out loud in the mirror, it does not go in the script.

You do not have to take my word for the tone either. Every product page carries sample affirmations from that program, and the rest of the script is written in the same style.

Volume does more for comfort than anything else

Play it low. Loud enough that you can hear the music if you listen for it, quiet enough that it never pulls at your attention. For most people that lands between 10% and 50%.

Turning it up tires your ears and changes nothing else. The affirmations register the same either way.

If the first week feels strange

Some people feel restless, unusually emotional, or a little tired when they start. That normally settles within a few days, and it is a sign the audio is doing something rather than a sign to worry.

If it lingers, take a day or two off and come back with shorter sessions.

Running one program at a time helps as well. Stacking several goals at once is where most people overload themselves.

When to ask a doctor first

Subliminals are not medical treatment and they do not replace it. If you are being treated for a mental health condition, or you have epilepsy or any condition affected by audio, talk to your doctor before you start.

Same goes if you are pregnant and simply unsure. Asking costs you nothing.

One practical rule: do not play them while driving. They are background audio for hours when your attention is already free, like working, cleaning, training, or sleeping.

Children and other people in the room

Our programs are written for adults, and the scripts assume an adult reading them. If other people share the room, use headphones. The audio is yours, and there is no reason for anyone else to sit in it.
