Both. Every recording carries every affirmation twice, once in the first person ("I am happy") and once in the second person ("You are happy").
You never have to pick a side. Whichever wording lands with you is already in the file you download.
Why both perspectives go in
"I am confident" is the voice you use with yourself. It reads like a decision you have already made, and for a lot of people that is the wording that sticks.
"You are confident" sounds like it comes from outside. Plenty of what you believe about yourself arrived that way in the first place, in things other people said to you, often before you were old enough to argue with any of it.
Which one does more work varies from person to person, and it can even vary by topic. Guessing on your behalf would be a coin flip, so we record both and let your mind take whichever one it wants.
How they sit in the mix
Both versions run underneath the music or nature sounds at the same quiet level. They are spread across your left and right ear, which is the main reason headphones beat speakers for this kind of audio.
You will not consciously separate the two while listening. Most people just hear the track. If you want a clearer picture of that first session, here is what you actually hear.
You can read every line
Nothing here is hidden from you. Every product page lists sample affirmations from that program, so you can see both perspectives before you buy.
Read them out loud if you want. Say a few in the first person, then the same ones in the second person, and see which set makes you flinch. That reaction usually tells you something about where the resistance is.
Every line is written in the positive either way. No warnings, no threats, nothing about what you want to get away from.
If you want a script built around your own situation and your own wording, that is what the custom program is for. It gets written from scratch for one person, and it follows the same rule: every affirmation in both formats.
