Why the window is 90 days and not 7
Because that is roughly how long this actually takes. Most people notice the first shifts after 2 to 4 weeks, and the deeper changes tend to show up somewhere in month 2 or 3. A one week refund window would ask you to judge the work before it has had a chance to do anything.
