There are no refunds on the Unlimited Downloads subscription. Once a payment has gone through, that payment stays with us. You can cancel whenever you want, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Why the subscription works this way
The moment your payment clears, the membership library opens up and you can start downloading straight away. Files that land on your device stay there. Once that has happened, there is no sensible way to hand it back.
A single program from the shop works on completely different terms. You get 90 days to decide, because you are paying for one thing and you can walk away from that one thing.
How cancelling works
Cancelling is your call, any day you like. Nothing gets charged after that, and you keep full access until the last day of the period you paid for. So if you cancel in month two of a year, you still have the library for the remaining ten months.
Anything you downloaded before cancelling is still on your device afterwards. And if you want back in later, you can subscribe again at any point.
If you are not sure yet, start with one program
This is the honest recommendation. Buy a single subliminal, listen to it properly for a few weeks, and see how you get on with the format. Every individual purchase in the shop carries the 90-day guarantee, so the risk sits with me rather than with you.
Give it 2 to 4 weeks of daily listening before you judge it. That is roughly when most people notice the first shifts. If it clicks for you and you want more than one or two titles, the membership becomes the cheaper route, and you can check what is included before you commit.
