That page carries the topic and the details of the session, so you know what you are getting before you download it. You can also read sample affirmations from each program. Two minutes of reading tells you whether the wording fits the way you talk about yourself.
New releases stay free while you are subscribed
The library is updated regularly. Anything we add during your subscription is yours at no extra cost, so a membership that runs a full year keeps picking up titles that did not exist on the day you signed up.
New sessions show up in the same place as everything else, listed in the shop with the rest of the catalogue. You pay once for the year, and the library keeps growing underneath you.
How this compares to buying one program at a time

Which one makes sense depends on how many areas you want to work on. One goal, one program. Several goals, or a habit of switching focus every few months, and the membership carries you further. It also makes it easy to try a program you would not have bought on its own, which is how a lot of people find their favourite one.
Having the whole library open
Once you can download everything, the practical question is how many to run at a time. There is a short answer on that here.
My own suggestion: pick one or two areas and stay with them. Most people start noticing something after 2 to 4 weeks of daily listening, and deeper changes take 2 to 3 months. Cycling through twelve programs in a fortnight gives none of them the time they need.
