Follow the link in your order email. It opens a download page listing everything you bought, in alphabetical order.
Press "Download" next to a title to get that one. Press "Download All" at the bottom to take everything in one go. That second button is the one most members want, especially on a fresh membership where the list is long.
Members see the whole library
With Unlimited Downloads, the same page lists every premium program we have released. New releases appear there while your subscription runs, so it is worth opening the page again every few weeks rather than only after a purchase.
A single purchase shows just that program, with its four audio versions.
Do it on a computer if you can
The files arrive as a zip, and computers unpack zips without help. Phones vary: some handle it, some need an app, and some quietly save the zip somewhere you will never find it again.
Download on a computer, unpack, then move the MP3 files to your phone or your cloud drive. Ten minutes once, instead of a puzzle every time.
Two things that trip people up
Every file allows a limited number of download attempts, and every click counts as one, including clicks on a download that failed. If a download stalls, wait for it rather than clicking again.
And save the files properly once you have them. If the link is already gone, the order recovery page brings it back.
Once the MP3 files are on your device, anything that plays audio will play them.
