The card you signed up with is charged 299 USD for the next year, and your access carries straight on. There is no gap, no new order to place, and no link to click.
You will know it is coming
The charge lands on the same date every year, so the easiest way to check is your original receipt. That email carries the date you subscribed, and that is your renewal date.
If you cannot find it, write to us with the email address you used and we will look it up for you.
Stopping it is one step
Cancel from your account page, or send us an email and we will do it for you. Either way, nothing is charged after that.
Cancelling does not cut your access short. You keep the full library until the last day of the year you already paid for, so cancelling in month two still leaves you ten months of downloads.
Everything you downloaded stays on your device afterwards. Those files are yours, and they keep working exactly as they did while you were subscribed.
Before the next charge, not after
Worth knowing: the subscription is not refundable once a payment has gone through. So if you are not planning to use another year, cancel before the renewal date rather than after it.
This is different from single programs in the shop, which all carry the 90 day money back guarantee.
Coming back later
You can subscribe again whenever you like, and you pick up wherever the library is at that point. Everything released while you are subscribed is included, so a year away means a bigger catalogue when you return.
