Daily or near-daily for 21 days is the general recommendation. Each program also comes with its own instructions, so follow those first if they say something different.
Here is the reasoning behind that number.
- One session creates initial shifts
- Repetition stabilizes new patterns
The 21 days are there to reinforce new neural pathways and identity frameworks. That happens through repeated exposure, session after session, which is why one listen is a starting point rather than the whole job.
Near-daily is the honest target
You will miss a day at some point. Life happens. Pick it back up the next day and carry on with the run instead of starting your count over from zero.
What you are building is a rhythm. A run with 19 sessions in it is doing the work.
Consistency matters more than intensity
Three sessions crammed into one evening followed by a quiet week is a harder way to get there. A calm session at roughly the same time each day is what the 21 days are built on.
Same goes for how deep you think you went. The depth of trance is not the thing you should be measuring, so let go of grading each session and keep showing up.
Pick a slot you can actually protect
The easiest 21-day runs are the ones attached to a time that already exists in your day. Right before bed. First thing after you get home. Somewhere you will not be interrupted for the length of the session.
A few small things make each session land better, and preparing properly takes about two minutes.
Running hypnosis and subliminals together
Plenty of people do both, and the two work fine side by side. The listening pattern is different though. Hypnosis is a session you sit down for. A subliminal runs in the background while you do other things, and its own timeline is measured in weeks.
If you are choosing your first session, the full list of hypnosis programs tells you what each one covers and how long it runs.
